A diversity audit for your organisation: three packages, one process
From a first Outside Check to an analysis of every level – you decide how deep we go.
The Diversity Check is a diversity audit: it shows where aspiration and everyday life still diverge in your organisation. It doesn’t replace a mission statement and it doesn’t award yet another seal of approval. Our analysis gives you concrete steps for changing your structures. Which package fits depends on where you stand today.
The packages
All three packages follow the same three phases and always include: analysis through interviews, sparring (an evaluation session with those responsible on your side) and an action plan. They differ in how many perspectives we include and how deep we go.
Start — The Outside Check
Who it’s for: Every organisation that wants to know how it comes across to customers and potential employees.
Basis: how you present yourselves – job advertisements, careers pages, social media, published mission statements and policies
Interview: one 60-minute conversation with HR
Evaluation: a sample-based evaluation from our three professional, independent perspectives
Sparring: a 30-minute conversation with senior management
Result: a compact report with prioritised, concrete first recommendations on how you come across externally
Optional:
- Debriefing
- Check-up after six months for €480 plus VAT: a renewed, targeted review and a 60-minute conversation
The Outside Check is an honest assessment of where you stand.
Price: from €2,000 plus VAT
Pro — The Inside Check
Who it’s for: You already know how you come across. Now we look inside.
Basis: everything in the Start package, plus your inside view: how managers and employees experience your organisational culture
Interviews: semi-structured qualitative interviews with senior management, HR, HSE and marketing, where applicable with equal-opportunities officers; supplemented by quantitative questionnaires for staff without management responsibility
Evaluation: by the three of us, independently of one another, from a systemic, business-psychology and diversity-aware perspective
Sparring: a 60-minute conversation with senior management
Result: a detailed action plan with prioritised next steps and clear responsibilities for organisational development
Debriefing: presentation of the results to everyone involved, on request at your premises
Optional: check-up after six months to make progress visible
Price: €10,000 plus VAT
Good to know: If you start with the Start package and later move to Pro or Premium, we credit the amount already paid in full. All prices are net, plus VAT.
Three phases, at different depths depending on the package
Every package is based on the same model. What differs is the scope: how many perspectives we include and how deep we go.
1
Analysis
We conduct structured interviews – depending on the package with different levels and positions, with and without management responsibility. Because those who decide often experience the organisational culture differently from those who carry it day to day. The focus is not on yet another anonymous online survey but on personal interviews in which people can say openly what otherwise goes unsaid. We evaluate every interview statistically and systemically from our three perspectives.
2
Sparring
The interviews don’t produce a report for the filing cabinet but a sparring session with the people responsible: Where do you really stand? What runs counter to your own standards? Which patterns are you not yet aware of yourselves?
3
Action plan
Together we develop concrete measures with clear responsibilities. No “we could look into that at some point” – instead: who does what, by when. The scope ranges from prioritised core recommendations (Start) to a complete, cross-departmental plan (Premium) for your organisation.
+
check-up
If you wish, after six months we look back and ahead together: What has moved, and what hasn’t? That turns a snapshot into a lasting process. Included in the Premium package, optional for Start and Pro.

Measures that change structures
A one-off awareness training session rarely changes anything if no structural measure follows. That is why our action plan targets procedures, responsibilities and decision-making paths – where diversity wins or loses in everyday life.
Who conducts and evaluates the interviews: About us – three perspectives, one team.
Frequently asked questions
Do we get a seal of approval or a certificate at the end?
No. The Diversity Check assesses your culture, not what is on paper. You get honest insights and a concrete plan instead of another award to hang on the wall.
Which package is right for us?
We clarify that in a free initial consultation. Many start with the Outside Check; its price is credited in full when you move to Pro or Premium.
How much of our employees’ time will it take?
That depends on the package. We discuss the length of each interview and the overall time with you individually.
Are the interviews confidential?
We conduct the interviews in a confidential setting. We produce an overall picture without names or individual statements. Our strength is the analytical eye we lend you.
Do you work on site or online?
Mainly online: from the interviews through the sparring to the check-up. Individual on-site appointments are possible by arrangement and at an additional charge.
Why not an anonymous survey?
Because numbers show that something is wrong, but rarely what exactly. In interviews we hear connections, patterns and the undertones – everything that no questionnaire captures. That is why interviews are at the heart of our work, and we use questionnaires only as a supplement.
